In my service repair last week (June 5-7), Erik Baatz was so helpful, he explained what needed to be done, and everything was done in a timely manner. My car trunk springs broke and Erik order the part and work was done quickly. And also had maintenance and repairs done, especially with the transmission. Erik is very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. He explains about all the repairs. Erik is the reason I continue driving a Honda and for the previous Hondas.
