On my previous visit, I waited in my car at least 15 minutes before being approached by a service provider. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. I came to Easy Honda for a state inspection on 4/26. The multi-point insoection came back with a note that my vehicle cannot pass state inspection due to tires being over 6 yrs old. Was quoted $800+ for a new set of tires. When I pointed out to the rep that this is illegal, he eventually confirmed that there is no such rule and proceeded with the state inspection.
