Initially when I took in my 2022 Pilot for a recall matter I was very unhappy about a 2 plus day delay to get it repaired. It was not Maria’s fault. Apparently upon scheduling, I was never informed about Easy Honda being behind schedule! Maria went to her manager, Cedric, and updated him on my situation. Both of them were apologetic, rescheduled my appointment, and upon return ( a week later), service was very prompt and efficient. Thanks to both of them.
