This coupon was a scam to get me into the door. I asked my rep to add Freon to my car. When I picked up my car he said they only added a little bit. I asked why and he said if he added more it would cost $400, which is a complete lie. Freon doesn’t cost that much and I took a picture of the cost and the Freon would have been $52. My car was there for hours and when I picked it up it was blowing hotter than when I brought it in. I was extremely disappointed and asked to be contacted but a service manager but that never happened. My first experience at this dealership was great. It is so sad that my second experience was terrible.

I do plan on calling corporate/Customer/Service regarding an issue with my vehicle as well as other Honda vehicles that should not be causing us as Honda vehicles owners to pay around $100.00 to drive a legal vehicle in TX as well as other states.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. I was told that it would take 2-2.5 hours to do a 10 point checkup. For the first 2hours and 20mins, I did not get an update at all. I finally went to the car service representative and saw my car had not been taken back yet. He said they were really backed up and mine would be the next car. I mentioned it had already been 2.5 hours and he said “actually it’s not been 2.5 hours yet” and I said “in 10 minutes it will be”. That was an unacceptable response - it was rude and pretty unprofessional. He then said he would update me in 10-15 minutes. An hour later, I still had not gotten an update and I went to ask him for the update. Basically it took about 4 hours to have my car seen by a mechanic even though I had an appointment and I got no updates the entire time. I’ve been to this Honda for servicing multiple times over the past 10 years and this was by far the worst experience. I took my car to be serviced elsewhere after that.
