It was a regrettable experience because the service advisor was impolite (border-line rude behavior), and exhibited a very low-level of customer service and customer appreciation skills. The oil change for the car was done correctly & which I appreciated, although it took three hours. I arrived at about 7:20am and did not leave until past 10:30am for an oil change; but I can live with that considering it was Saturday and I did not have an appointment. Unfortunately, the service provided by my service agent turned me off from returning to your dealership for future service work on my car. The management needs to take customer service training very seriously, otherwise you will lose more customers. I am sorry to leave a negative feedback but since you asked, I have to be truthful. I am sure if you ask my service advisor, she will have a completely different take on what had happened in order to protect herself. I assure you that I am telling the truth, and I have no reason to put down anyone at your dealership, including my service advisor, had my experience been positive. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Bradley was this best! Omg he was very transparent and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond to me sure I was satisfied. Honestly I have come to Honda because it’s usually more expensive then going to Pepboys, but this last experience was the best. I also appreciate how you offer a loaner vehicles when fixing the car takes lon, and do not charge customers. From now on, I will only be coming to Honda for all of my needs.
