Boris is an excellent service advisor with 100% product knowledge. He understood our concerns; when you receive a service bulletin / recall letter in the mail and how stressful that can be, ot wad handled ASAP. AC replacement was done basically in one day and the car was washed and vacuumed. It's nice to feel that a service advisor and dealership easily went the extra mile for us. A++++++++++.
