Even though you set an appointment for an oil that should take 45 minutes at top I got there at 830 and didn’t leave until 10:45. Make care was in the bay with the hood up for over an hour I heard of letting the oil drain but draining for over an hour. Honestly you all have people waiting tooooooo long for simple service.

As usual, recommendations were given by Mr Baatz and clearly explained. The estimated cost for the repairs/service was accurate and the delivery time for completion was correct. I will continue to use the Easy dealership for my car service. The main reason I bought my CRV over 5 years ago from this dealership (under different management then) was because of the service department. Eric Baatz has been the service writer for my CRV and my previous Honda. I am happy that Easy is continuing the tradition of good service.
