Poor customer service. Battery was replaced on Saturday Sept 9th. On Sept 14th had to return because car had difficulty starting. Was able to start car after trying a few times. At Easy Honda dropped off the car and explained the problem. Called later in the afternoon to find out what was happening since I received no callback about the status. Luis Flores said no problem with battery was found and an electrical diagnostic was run and found no other issues. Asked for battery replacement as the battery was under warranty because I was uncomfortable in case car had battery issues again. I had no other means of transportation. Luis was very reluctant to do that and felt he was patronizing. When I returned to Easy Honda Luis eventually told me the battery had been replaced. Very disappointed with this experience and especially since the battery was expensive. Cost of living has gone up a lot and that needs to be respected. I do have other options of where I get my service gets done but I chose Easy Honda and that was taken for granted.

I came to have my car looked over as I am planning to drive to Dallas in a week. But I wanted an estimate of anything that needed to be done first and the cost. Maria said it would be an hour and a half just to find out what needed to be done. After more than 2 hours I went outside to her office in the rain and she was getting together all the information. She begun trying to tell mee what needed to be done. She has a very thick accent and I really had trouble understanding her, but soon figured out the cost would he at least several thousand dollars which I was not prepared to pay.. Getting frustrated I went in to ask for a manager and Cedric came out to help me. He printed all the info and went through it all with me and we decided on what was urgent and what could wait. As much as the rest of the work will cost, I wondered if I just need to buy another car?? I then took an Uber home and several hours later my car was ready and an Uber returned me to Easy Honda. All was resolved but not before I had gotten all upset about the huge estimate of all that was wrong with my credit when it has seemed to be running just fine. Cedric did clearly explain everything. I think their was a communication problem with Maria and me because of her accent and also her explanation of all that had to be done right away...it was not clear to me at all. Joan T

At check in I was skipped by 2 other customers.
I received 2 text messages that like auto generated.
I was told that my car will return on Tuesday afternoon, but was Wednesday afternoon without any information.
I text to ask the status 2 times, but no response.
Called but, no response. I dialed the number on the Website and finally got the status.
Finally I got my car back, but smart phone holder on AC outlet was removed and missing.
Despite safety recall I had lots of inconvenience.
