I didn’t find the service department to communicate well, with exact information, was unfamiliar with vehicle codes, and was only clear on the cost of a suggested repair. The gentleman was very nice but was either overloaded or unorganized. When we were called to say the vehicle was ready we waited another 15 minutes as the service department closed around us. He had asked us to wait there while he gathered the paperwork. He forgot we were waiting and called me via phone while we were waiting patiently in the service department sitting area. There seemed to be more interest in the possible repair revenue than sharing the actually findings of the technician. Overall, did not leave a trusting feeling and a second opinion will be sought. Thank you for the consideration.
