Purchased my Honda in April, n it wouldn't start, had to have my battery chargeg 3 times, was towed to u service dept n was told it needed a new battery costing over $380. I have bought Honda Acords since the 1970's and NEVER, not one broke down within 3 months. Your general manager said it was tested to b in running condition , apparently they failed to check the battery, your service technician, Luis daid it had one cell, that it was changed that was 2 days ago, Aug 17th.
The next day it DID NOT START!!!
Thank God it did die out on me that same day in this 102 degree HEAT. I am 80 years old, I would have died waiting for a tow truck.
As I mentioned all my Hondas have lasted years and yes I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with your Honda establishment,Also your used Honda Manager was very arrogant, yell at me, Mike.My Honda is sitting in my driveway, This surely not what I expected from Honda. Yolanda G

Rudy was very accommodating, even though I couldn't remember his name. He was truly kind. Thank you for everything you tried to do for me. I wasn't supposed to have a loaner and he found one. Awesome ???? I have a suggestion, I would have appreciated the notes on the issue I brought the car in for would have been discussed first instead of at end. That made me feel the technician was trying to sale instead of repair my initial issue. That was the thing that got me as a client. Anyway, as I said, a suggestion. Thank you for an extremely clean vehicle inside and out. Truly appreciate it.

Charged me for what issue I know about my car. Broken my car cell phone mont. Mess my car with oily hand. Wast time about 6 hour just for diagnostic, no repair anything and ask for another diagnostic charge... It was not good service. Everything was down. Just make money for nothing to do. They wash car as complimentary but all glasses dirty. I hope to not refer to this Honda branch again. Make money with no good service.
