Almost 4 hours to do a diagnostic, change an air filter and rotate tires.
The vehicle required 2computer updates that were not done which as I understand it will take another 3 to 4 hours and cost $300- $400. That being said, I was very happy with Kaito. He is a very personable and professional young man.

The worst experience I have ever had. The service advisor Luis lacks professionalism and he is a liar. Cedric is another disgraceful manager, he lied and changed the report right in front of me just cover the lies and poor job of his friend Luis. I'm doing business with Easy Honda ever again.
