They did Oil change but they reported additional services where inconsistency. For example brake fluid was changed 3 months earlier and I too checked its not contaminated or discolored but they suggest to change just to make money. Other parts they take photo and share but this one they didn't show Pic. Also for service they had complimentary car wash and they didn't even spray water. Online said they pickup and drop but they only offered one way drop only. Just 1 mile away.

Brittinie was great. She was able to find and confirm that our extended warranty did exist and got our airbag recall also quickly corrected. The Honda dealership where we got our Odyssey made scheduling the recall difficult, so we came to Easy Honda. I am so glad we did because it was easy and convenient and Brittnie did a great job in explaining each step, what the tech found, how it impacted our vehicle and our safety and got us on our way! I was happy with service and autogenerated updates. Time estimate was 2-2.5 hours to complete. After 4 hours, I could see my clean vehicle parked in lot. I waited 15 more min, then asked the cash desk person to collect my keys and I left rather than waiting for the “paperwork” to be done. If one service agent is so busy they cannot complete the work in the time it takes the mechanics to complete the service, perhaps fewer jobs per service advisor is recommended.
