I was not pleased to find out that my appointment time is only an appointment with the service advisor and not my actual appointment for my vehicle to have the work done. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and I thought this was unacceptable. This is very misleading to me as a customer. I’m sitting waiting and I think my vehicle is in the shop but actually it’s in line for the shop. This is very poor customer service on the part of Easy Honda and I will not be waiting any longer but dropping off and pick up later. I wish I had known this misleading information previously as I always have a concern with how long the wait time is.
