I’ve been bringing my various cars to different dealers over the years. The Mazda dealer does a oil change, tire rotation and car wash in under an hour. The Toyota dealer doesn’t wash the car, but the oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. This morning I arrived on time and waited 2.5 hours. I skipped the car wash because that would have made my stay 3 hours. That’s too long.

I came for an oil change. Ended up costing $401. When I made the appointment nothing else was required. It seems that was not quite true. Then they wanted to do another $1000 worth of work. When I made the appointment I had an a specific amount of time available. I don’t appreciate things being mis represented. My time is very important to me. I work full time. My free time is limited.
