When I arrived, the representative that was supposed to help me never saw me. After 30 min of waiting, Luis helped get me checked in. He said my car would be done my lunch (noon-ish) the next day. The next day, I saw my car was parked in the parking lot at 1pm due to the app tracking the location. I called EasyHonda at 1:20 pm and someone transferred me to Luis but he didn’t pick up, so I left a messages. I waited an hour and called at 2:30pm, and again was told he’s busy, but they’ll leave a message. By 3:00pm, I decided to Uber myself to the dealership, and went to his desk and he talked to me immediately, and said they still need to do my air filter but they need my key to get in the glove box, but no one told me that, even though my car had been sitting for two hours. I had to go there to find out, afterwards, he said it would take a few minutes, and after 20+ min, I decided to go back to his office. I saw my car just sitting, and then talked with him and got my car. Why am I waiting so much when my car is just sitting and complete. Why can’t the representatives that aren’t helping customers just check customers out? Spread the work out. It’s so inefficient how it is.
