Hi, I left my CRV Honda for oil change service on 07-01-2023.
Since I purchased my vehicle with Easy Honda I was told that my first oil change was a complementary oil change and that if I wanted to rotate my tires I would only had to pay $35 usd and I paid for it.
When I went to pick up my car Rudy I believe it was the advisor who handled my service that day told me that my car was ready and that they also washed my vehicle but when I picked it up it was dirty. I had an appointment that day so I didn’t have time to let him know that my vehicle wasn’t clean.
I was just wondering if my vehicle didn’t receive the complementary car was due to that I didn’t pay for the oil change service?

I noticed as I was getting my car that I spent $4,000 bucks on it was washed, but had grease marks on my door area & was not very clean as I would expect considering I paid 4,000 dollars to get it repaired. Erik Battz was my advisor & I also noticed when I got home part of my under plastic protection was loose & made noise as I was driving home & I looked under & it looks like it was cut partially & rest not secured properly! I am upset about this & hope Easy Honda will repair or replace the plastic protection under my engine. I was charged extra 1 hour of labor on that & I could tell it was cut & no one told me, which bothered me big time!
