My 2023 Pilot was barely a month old and I had a piece of tire tread fly up and hit my lower grill while driving on the freeway. It broke the grill and knocked a sensor loose. I dropped my car off this morning and picked it up late in the afternoon with a new grill and sensor. Andres was my service advisor and kept me informed throughout the day on the progress. I had a great experience and will be back!
