The problem was told when I brought in my vehicle for my appointment that service would be completed in 3 hours, but it actually took over 5 hours. Also, I left a message following the 3-hour mark to check on the vehicle’s status that was never returned; I only received the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up.

Eric did a great job, however I am not pleased with mechanic. They left my cabain air filter on my passenger seat along with cover. I told Eric how offered to have someone put it in but I was in a hurry and I did it myself. It is concerning when a mechanic forgets to do something and it makes me loose trust that they did my repairs correctly

I would love to compliment Maria Maranda on her excellent customer service skills. My family as well as myself ALWAYS ask for her specifically!! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have. EVERY experience I have had with her has been wonderful!!
