Requested full service records dating back to vehicle purchase year of 2016. Records on file only went back to 2018. Missing two years of service records in system. Additionally, was never notified vehicle was ready. I saw my vehicle get parked outside the service center waiting area after the maintenance and car wash was performed, but after another hour of waiting, I checked with my advisor at their office and only then did they let me know it has been ready.

Actually I wasn't 100 percent satisfied. She told me my car would be ready in 20 minutes, then when I went back out there 20 minutes later, the car was there, but she had disappeared. Fortunately James walked out and finalized my departure. I asked him for a quote on installing roof racks, and he said he would have to have Maria call me. I have not heard from her.

All was good except I never got the name of my service advisor, so when I called I didn’t know who to ask for when the operator asked and she had no way to look it up. Other than that, all was fine. Loved the move to using Uber for needed rides to and from.
