Luis is awesome- he took great care of us and gave us excellent information. We asked Luis to always take our car in the future.
Erik Baatz had a very bad attitude and gave us a poor experience. He seemed irritated with our questions. We asked for oil change and were short on time. He asked us to come back Tuesday instead of listening to us and trying to explain it. Our customer experience with him was VERY POOR. We will not be going to him again.
