Maria made the extra effort to find that I had a free complimentary oil change from purchasing my certified used Honda as well as presenting me with pictures of my damaged slash shield that I had no clue of! She was extremely nice and very clear on what my car needed or will need in the future. It was a smooth and easy experience for my first time at this dealership.

I brought my car in at 9 am for a nail in the center of the front driver side tire. Having not heard from the service representative all day I started calling and leaving messages in 20 minute increments beginning at 3:30. At 4:30 I finally heard back my car had not been serviced because they didn’t have the tires to replace the one tire that had a nail, dead center, in it. I was also told I now need to replace all of my tires. I recently brought my car in for service in April at that service check tires were fine (green). Less than two months later plus one nail and the tires ALL need to be replaced?! Meaning your representative was very unprofessional by trying to force me into making a rushed decision, needing my car back to get home, and attempting to add anxiety because if I don’t decide to do it then it would mean brining it in another day to get it fixed. Your representative’s behavior can be described as slimy and scammy.
I got my car and left. I feel they Luis was trying desperately to take advantage of me. I’ll get a plug for the nail in my tire elsewhere. I am sorely disappointed.
