Oil changes should not take 2 hours. Your giving up A great deal of good will with your customers by not having an express lube service with regular hours. Your missing alot of extra revenue by alienating your customer base. I have experience as a service writer. No one has time to wsit 2 hours on an oil change. Your missing a great deal of revenue by having cars in and out by up sales for work that needs to be done on vehicles that the oil change could identify. I won't be back for an oil change at your dealership. Apparently your customers have a great deal of time to waste. Ted DeLong

Poor customer service and hidden fees. I had an appointment for 8am for an oil change. I arrived early and had to wait almost 20 minutes before my advisor spoke to me. Service took over 2 hours. (They ended up replacing a battery under the 3-yr 36K warranty, which I thought was odd since I’ve had the car less than a year and it only has 11K miles. Also, I wasn’t told about that until after the fact.) After my service was completed, my advisor informed me that my car was ready. I was working inside, so took a few minutes to wrap up before heading out to the service area. Out there, I waited a few minutes before going inside to find a manager, where I found my advisor, who had apparently forgotten he directed me to meet him outside. After getting home, I noticed a made-up email address on my paperwork, as well as a $5.90 charge for “Shop Charge.” I don’t appreciate my personal info going to an unknown email address, so I called to update that. I also inquired about the charge that had not been mentioned to me. I was told by the lady that answered that it’s a charge on all invoices for rags and other shop supplies. You would think that would be covered by the $82 oil change fee. I’ve not had good experiences with my prior Accord at this service department, but I thought I would try with my new car so that I could get genuine Honda oil. I doubt I’ll ever use this shop again.
