Bradley was amazing he listened to all my concerns and did everything he could to accommodate me and have my car ready in a timely manner, he understood how essential having my car fixed would be for me as a student and healthcare worker. I am completely satisfied with Bradley and will be using him as my advisor from now on.

I once came with no appointment & waited 30MINUTES before anyone asked me anything. 3 different people came to my car & all said something different. It was as if I was invisible. I make an appointment for Tuesday & once again I got there & waited 10mins yes before anyone asked me anything or even acknowledge me, no other cars were there either. The guy Luis wasn’t outside and surely took his time coming. I have been coming here since I moved to this side and I like that y’all offer the Uber service etc but the way I was treated the last few visits was disgusting. Acknowledging your customers won’t hurt. Multiple people passed by me and not one said “hey have you been helped?” This truly made a very negative impact on my experience. Staff should acknowledge all, I understand being busy but it’s part of their job
