Hello. I just dropped off my vehicle. There's something wrong with it after Honda did routine maintenance and put on new tires on Saturday. Car shakes on and warning light suddenly popped up today about tire pressure. Part of the $1600 I paid last weekend was for new tires, so it's nothing I've done. As of now neither my wife nor I feel safe driving the vehicle. To be clear, there was no problems withthe crv before we dropped the crv off last weekend for routine maintenance. This is very disappointing, especially after spending so much money at easy Honda last week (new car 33k + repairs on my crv of 1.6k).
Bob Bradley took my info and said I should hear back soon. I still don't have a text confirming my vehicle is checked in.

Rudy was extremely helpful when I dropped off my vehicle. There was quite a bit of work that needed to be done on my car and while I was concerned about the cost of it all, he assured me that there was a payment plan that would work with me. I was dropping my vehicle off and not staying and he shared that they offered to pay for an Uber to and from the service center, which was absolutely amazing. Thank you for all that you do, Rudy!
