I brought my car in a month ago to have the recall item’s fixed only to be told they did not have the part. They said they would order it and call me when it came in. A month later, no one had called me. It took me 2 days and sever messages before I found out that they did have the part. I made an appointment and was told it would take 2 hours to complete the work. I brought my car in and was told it would be at least 3 hours. They sent me home in an Uber. 3 1/2 hours later, I still had not heard from anyone. I called and was transferred to service and to the person responsible for my car. No answer. I called back and had to get ugly with the person who answered the phone before I learned it would be another 40 minutes. Within 10 minutes I received a call from my service advisor letting me know my car was ready. This is the worst customer service I have received from this dealership!

Made an appointment (for a different day) for oil change after I was told there was a long wait for walk in oil changes. Appointment was for 12/noon and my car was not ready until after 4pm from the oil change even with an appointment. I had planned to wait on my vehicle since I had an appointment; however, a 4+ hour wait is exorbitant and unreasonable.

Worst dealer experience ever. Never coming back to this location. I ordered tires and asked for them to be mounted. Was quoted $200 for just mounting them, an additional $160 to balance. Ridiculous. I had to request a coupon for 15% off be added 3 separate times. Charging $1,700 for 3 tires and mounting is insanity. Then your techs said i needed new air filters and tried to upsell me some bs. I replaced the air filters a week before my visit. My alignment was so f'd I had to take the car to another shop to get it fixed. I've never had this issue at the 8 other dealers I've taken my car to. Terrible attitudes and terrible service. Gonna stick to discount tire from now on.
