Extremely long wait times despite fixing an appointment. Frankly disappointed by the 4.5 hour wait. Came in at 1.30 pm and left at 6 pm. There was just one update in the middle. I explicitly had to go to the service agent and enquire what was going on. The average in other dealerships for an oil change and another fixation like patches have been hardly 1.5 hours. 4.5 is intolerable. There's no coffee in the waiting room as well, and one has to pay for even mild snacks. Very disappointed! Kindly change!
