Erik was great. He got me checked in quickly, provided me with an estimate, and got me set up with an Uber home. He called me as soon as he had an update on the results of the maintenance and state inspection and got me set up with the brake fluid flush and interior cabin filter replacement. He even set up the Uber for me to request the ride when it was convenient for me. Great communications and very friendly.

I was told they just let water run to see if any seals were cracked and then said they found nothing wrong with the car. I told Maria I tested that myself already and she said they didn’t find anything at all. Well there is still water leaking from under my seat and it’s gotten worse. Safe to say I was not satisfied with the service at all as my problem was never fixed and probably never looked at properly.
