We had a 9:00 appt, and service advisor could not find our appt because they had it at 8:00, so a lot of wasted time. Then we were told car would be ready in a couple of hours. After 6-1/2 hours we called to ask about car and advisor was not available and never called us back. So we just left our house and went to pick up the car. It was sitting in a parking area and have no idea how long it had been sitting there. After we almost got home I got a notification that our car was ready, 7 hours after we dropped it off. Will not be coming back.

I think if you are going to issue a recall and allow people to make an appointment to have the work done, you should have the part. If I had not had to have regular maintenance done, I would have been upset.

I wasn’t given a call or text that my car was ready and around 5:15pm I called to ask and she told me that my car was ready and that the service shop closed at 6pm. Had to rush over to pick up the car during traffic when I could’ve picked up at 2:30pm which was when my car was actually ready.
