Your dealership has extremely poor customer service! I waited for 8 minutes just to have someone answer my call to get transferred to the service department. Management certainly knows there are busy times and needs to staff the phones accordingly! Any business I have worked for demanded that I not keep customers waiting and you are no exception. Your organization needs to do better! Also, I waited 26 hours from the time I dropped off my car to get a status update on its progress and I didn’t get one until I called. All I had done was a series of fluid changes and a state inspection. Not the most involved mechanical work. You need to have your staff communicate with customers so we are not left in the dark. This is not the first time I was left hanging as when I went for an oil change in October, I waited 4 hours for an oil change to be done and had to track down my advisor to get a status update. He then had the nerve to ask for a five star rating on his service provided! Your level of service is frankly unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and make changes for the better.
