Andres is a delight and an amazing customer service representative. I know this because I have talked to him many times over the last few months and have been thrilled with his service. Why have I talked to him so much you ask? Because you people don’t do **** to used cars before re-selling them to your customers. I understand the concept of “as is”, but if someone buys a used car from you, brings it in 2 weeks later and gets a list of $5,250 worth of services needed, I might as well have just bought the used car the meth dealer in my apartment complex is trying to sell.
