I handed over the vehicle in the morning, and was promised to get it back in the evening. An Uber ride was also scheduled. Despite leaving several messages I did not receive any response from the service advisor. Next morning he responded after several calls, and I picked up my car. My evening plans were ruined as I had no transport and i had to Wait for anticipated return call. I faced the same situation in the morning.

I think it's an inconvenience for me to set a 7:30 am appointment for my car to be ready at 1 pm only to be told that just bc I could not wait for my car at the shop that they bumped up other clients to get them situated first. It's truly unprofessional that my apt has to be pushed back only bc I could not stay with my car as a result of me working. It defeats the purpose of the appointment and as a result I have no vehicle for over 4 hrs
