Rudy is very unprofessional and the shop had my car for over 5 hours for a simple diagnosis. I had to ask to get my car several times after arriving to the shop when my car was supposedly ready. I took a pic and video of my car sitting in the shop with its hood up. I will definitely not be bringing my business to this shop and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I received a text letting me know the service was done, but they brought it 45 minutes late, they explained were cleaning up my car. But never cleaned it, was so dirty. I am very dissapointment. The people in this dealer don’t like to attend customers, only sell cars. I was an Acura customer for many years and I never had any complain. I will never refer any friend. I hope the service will be better.
