I waited 4 hours for an oil change and the service advisor was not updating me at all. I had to find him and get an update. It’s almost as if I was being discouraged from getting the oil change done there. I received terrible customer service. I will not be back.

I have had nothing but trouble with this car since I ought it in late September. I have been complaining about the transmission to my regular mechanic, then a transmission mechanic. 6 visits I total, adding up to $6000+.. and Easy Honda finally got it right, for $500, the first time.
