I went in for an oil change and whenever Erik came to tell me what other issues my car had and I told him “is fine , I just want the oil change”
After that he change his whole attitude and started to be rude. And then I asked if a cupon that was mailed out to me applied to it since it said it’s was for the oil change
And he said that doesn’t apply here. Like then why do I get these coupons sent out to my address if they’re not going to accept it?
And just because I don’t want to do the other services doesn’t mean he had to be rude, like is optional!!
And for it ti be my first time there not going back there!!
