Made an appointment for 10 am. Arrived shortly before 10 and was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. A 2.5 hour wait for a scheduled oil change is very long but I was willing to wait. I was told around noon that they could offer me an Uber as the service department was backed up and I would need to wait another 2 hours. I did not pick the vehicle back up until almost 3 pm. I wasted my entire day there. If they would have told me first thing that it would take four plus hours I would have taken an Uber home right away. Very disappointed in the communication.
