I was not happy with my experience at EasyHonda on February 9, 2024. I brought my car in to get the air conditioner fixed. I received an estimate for three other things that I did not ask for and I did not feel we’re needed at this time. The one thing I brought my car in for you gave me an estimate for $2100 for a broken wire with the suggestion, I should replace my whole wiring harness, which you did not have in stock. based on my experience with this one visit and the recommended repairs made, I do not feel like I could ever trust the dealership in the future. I feel like charging me $200 give me an estimate on additional things I did not ask for is dishonest. I expected more from Honda dealership.

Bradley did his job, but the technician didn’t complete what we asked. It was about the missing piece underneath cover, and it needed maybe 6 pins, they said nothing was missing, and we were sure that was missing and when we were there to pick up the car, we showed them, and they are like ‘ohh, yes they are missing’. What kind of technician can say it doesn’t need anything then realize yes it is missing. They don’t pay attention to anything with the car, I would bring my car anywhere else, but I have been thinking not to go to service for my oil change anymore if I will see the same service.

Service Advisor: Andy Vasquez Tech: Bert Avila Been a customer since 2016. Staff has always been very courteous and professional. I wanted to wait at least a week to drive my car before writing a review and express my sincere gratitude for the recent experience and work completed by my tech and service advisor, Andy Vasquez and Bert Avila, who were the ultimate professionaIs. I was having issues with my rear driver side wheel causing an extreme wear on the inner portion of the tread. After having that tire replaced, I needed to get to the root cause of the issue. After taking my car to different shops and received different quotes (not cheap) with the last quote at another Honda dealership ($170 for a diagnostic fee) I received quote of almost $1,800 (for leaking fluid - lies!) that didn’t even address my main concern. Thank God I listened to my gut and called Easy Honda. From the moment I spoke to Andy, he was able put me at ease. We scheduled a time for me to drop my car off and meet with Bert (tech) to discuss my issue. Bert and I took my car for a drive and he provided feedback on the handling and rattling that I ignored since I was so focused on the issues with the wheel. Once back to the shop, Bert took my car and had it lifted then explained the details of my issues. And remember the leaking fluid I mentioned earlier? Lies!!! We ended up replacing the camber arms and ball joints on the front tire and now my car is driving great! It’s not cheap but the 15% off coupon helped tremendous. Thank you again for a great experience and I hope this company continues to invest in their team members in order to continue with their great service.

The last 2 times I have been here I am waiting on the service advisor. I understand there are appointment times but I don't understand why someone else could not have checked me in. It literally took 10 seconds for the service advisor to do so. In baton rouge this isn't an issue. They take your car and then you are assigned a service advisor and much more streamlined. It makes no sense. Also I don't understand how servicing a vehicle is negotiable. Upon leaving the advisor tells me we can bring down the cost some... absolutely no thanks. I have already gone to another dealership and been quoted 1k less. I wont be back unfortunately.

Each time I bring my vehicle in for an inspection on things I have issues on, I’m always gas lighted & told “oh with your model car it happens, nothing is wrong with your vehicle”. I have taken my car to a different Honda dealership & they indeed did find there is an issue with my break system! Your service advisor’s & technicians are the absolute WORST and should be fired!!

As part of my service. I was charged for a Texas State Inspection. The state inspection was not done. The service rep tried to cover up that the inspection was not done. After waiting over 45 minutes for receipt of proof of inspection, I was given 2 pieces of paper. The top paper said Passed but this was for another car. The report for my car said failed but this was not communicated to me. There is much more to the story that will not fit in this limited amount of space. I am appalled at the service I received and the lies told to me. I am still waiting to receive my refund. I contacted the service dept requesting a refund of my $25 for a service that was never performed.
