EVERYTHING from the start go!!!!!!!!!!!!!, to the point where u were almost sued for false advertisement. In the 25-30 years that I have been coming to this dealership, I have NEVER, EVER had even had a beginning of ANY problem whatsoever……Honda would NOT even let a problem surface……UNTIL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER been treated so badly, so rudely, so pathetically, & made to feel like I was a lying piece of trash. And here I thought Joe Myers Toyota was bad; & I’ve been talking bad about them for 10+ years now. Is THIS something that Honda can REALLY afford??? As for the service manager, Cedric (?), he did the best he could do to smooth things over as upset as HONDA made me feel today!!
