Appointment was at 9 am with Maria but she wasn’t there so Andy took her place. All I wanted was an oil change and I waited over 3 1/2 hours. Too long for simple work and I had an appointment. Andy was very polite and apologized for the delay and I think he was doing the best that he could. However, since this was the first time at this dealership, I don’t have a very good impression of the service department and will likely find another dealership for subsequent work.

The auto start stop feature stoped working after the service. Why does this happened? I need to call on Monday and take my car again to the shop to have this problem fixed. Hopefully I don’t have to wait 5 hours again for my car to be serviced like I did last Saturday. Why a service that was supposed to take 2 hours took 5 hours?

Supposedly the car was supposed to have been ready yesterday. Around 5:00 pm I was asked if it would be okay if I got the car today. I said yes if I could received the car by 9:15 am since I had a 10:00 am appointment. I was told that it would not be a problem. Then this morning when I texted Honda about the Uber, I found out that the low battery had not been changed. Honda never really asked me if I wanted it changed although they said they needed my permission. It would have been good to have known about the low battery yesterday. Apart from that the service was fine and the car was delivered to me.
