Andy was great and the repairs were done well my complaint is more with the complementary ubers. When I dropped my car off I was told to wait in the lounge while my Uber was called. I waited over 30 minutes and my Uber was never called, leaving me to order and pay for my own. I tried to contact the dealer for an update but received no response. I was only able to get the dealer to order one when my car was ready for pickup.

It took 4 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation, even with a scheduled appointment. I received 0 updates during the 4 hour wait, and when I asked for an update on the status of my vehicle, my service advisor could not be found and no one else was able to provide me with an update. Really poor service department at Easy Honda.
