The service tech Andy was great, no problem there. Also, I'm satisfied with the eventual repair. The problem was that it took 2 days to get it done. The first day the truck sat for over an hour in your parking lot before the mechanics brought it into the garage. Then it was another hour and a half before I was told they needed a part they did not have. I was generously sent home with an Uber and told it would be ready by 3:00 p.m.. then around 2:30 I was told another part was missing and that I needed to come pick up the truck and try again tomorrow. I did that the next day and Andy made sure to get the truck in and out quickly and kept me updated. So again I'm happy with Andy and I'm happy with the eventual repair but it just took too long, a lot of back and forth a lot of wasted time hanging around. I'd suggest you space out the repairs so customers don't have to wait so long.

I spent nearly 4 1/2 hours for basic car maintenance. Then as I left my tire pressure light came on and I had to return to the dealership to get it fixed (tire rotation). In total, I spent over five hours dealing with maintenance and lost an entire workday. I am not sure if ticket hopping was happening or what the problem was. I have never had to spend that amount of time at a dealership.
