Not sure that the use of text/internet for monitoring and authorizing progress is the best method. It may be convenient for the service dept, but it does not give the most useful information to the customer. Seems like a random way to get more expensive work authorized without the customer fully understanding its need. Not happy about this.

Needed better communication ( I would have appreciated to be updated on vehicle and not have had to be the one to initiate contact . Also kept being told I would get a loaner but was never updated about why I wasn’t receiving one .

1. My car was at Honda for a month for something that should not have taken that long
2. Window was not installed correctly. Window seal was not properly done.
3. I received my car and just days later, the tire pressure light turned on. Turns out the back two tires are low. Why is that when these are new tires that I just received and the car has not really been driven anywhere.
4. Representative kept giving false information for when the car would be ready. I’d rather you be honest and upfront then to lie to me to get me off your back because how is it that my car was there for a month and I’m still seeing all of these issues.

I made an appointment for 1:00 and had to wait for three hours to get my tire patched and one of my headlights replaced. When I questioned the service rep, she had to first look up my appointment because she forgot I had one and then she said that the cars were taken in first come, first serve. Then she said that she was waiting for me to sign the inspection report but I signed it within two minutes of receiving it. It just felt like there were a lot of excuses instead of real information.

Luis was good about getting the info for service. I brought my car there on Monday at 5pm so they could start work on Tuesday. Luis called me at 12:48 pm to confirm the work and told me that the car would be ready at 5 pm. I had someone to bring me to get it at 5 to be told it would be 6. Told them we would stay in the area and come back at 6 which we did and found out that it wasn’t ready yet. I told them I would pick it up Wednesday morning at 7am. Luis called me just before 7 to tell me that the car was ready. I told him that I would pick it up at 7 the next morning as I was already home. I told him there wasn’t any communication there between the workers. No one answers their phone when you call.
