I had lost a lot of confidence in Honda because the back “well” on my brand new car Pilot was filling with water. When I reported this to a team member she mentioned that Honda would charge me for a “ we owe” sheet. Ultimately Luis handled the issue and increased my confidence. The estimated repair date was only one day behind and I was given a “loaner” I sorely hope that the problem is fixed permanently.

When I arrived to the dealership I was the only one there. I sat in my car waiting for at least 15 min before I was serviced. While in the waiting area inside there were only 3 people waiting. So I didn’t understand how they were so busy. I did not appreciate the unprofessional experience. Luis explained that he Had too many appointments and that one was present during my visit, As if he was doing me a favor. When I returned to get my car Luis never greeted me or said anything to me as I waited outside of his office. I asked another advisor for assistance in getting my keys and left.
