Andy is the sole reason why my experience at Honda went so well. He was extremely professional, honest, and friendly. I felt like I could trust him. I plan on returning to Honda in the future, as long as I get Andy to help me.

I took my '05 Honda S2000 to your dealership for a simple oil change and was told afterwards that I need a new $1400 oil pan after the oil change technician stripped the drain plug bolt. The bolt was fine after the last oil change and yet, the dealership expects me to pay for it?!?! The technician told me she was new and had never worked on a S2000 before. This is unacceptable and I am not paying for your technician's mistake. I expect the service manager or the dealership's manager to contact me to resolve this as the car cannot be driven until this is remedied.
