Very very very long wait just for an oil change service in spite of having an appointment. I do acknowledge that I came late to my appointment but I asked and that was not a reason for long wait.
Made me to think not come to your place for future services

The reception process is very slow, can’t understand how having over 8 people and no one bothered to help in 15 minutes of waiting. Having just a couple eager to work well will be more convenient.
Received on 3/14 a promotional email oil change 69.95 and on site they wanted to charge 108, honored the promotion after requesting. Also they offered tire rotation ( I din’t needed) without informing the price. At the en had to pay 40 dollars for the rotation and didn’t honor the 10% discount from the email. Unfortunately there is something wrong with the service.

I arrived a little early (1:30pm) for my 2pm oil change appointment. Was told it’d be about 2hrs. Because of this estimated time, I waited at the dealership. It wasn’t until 4:30 that my car was nearing being finished. I also never asked for diagnostics test but it was done anyways which probably added to the time. 4hr wait for an oil change is wayyyy too long. Plus, the oil change prices have gone up!? Fortunately I had the happy hour special coupon to show but at first my agent wasn’t going to be able to take it as he said it was only for Tuesdays and Thursdays, but he gave it to me due to the delay. However, the ad on the website clearly says Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday promo.

I do not like the bait and switch method you guys use. I was quoted one price on the phone and a higher price in person. There was no official estimate, just something written on a piece of paper. And when I tried to get my vehicle you tried to sell me an additional $7000 worth of maintenance work on a vehicle that was already well maintained. Definitely will not be back.
