You're service dept was just very difficult to reach, and the first day that I dropped off a vehicle for my oil change, I was left stranded at City Center when my phone died, because no one could understand that I had to use my computer to make phone calls with Google Voice. I wasn't able to text with the Uber pickup driver and Luis didn't tell me that your service dept closed at 6pm.
I had to call my wife to pick me up and then pick up my car the next day which was very inconvenient. Not happy at all
