Bottom of engine compartment is missing after the oil change. I need it replaced

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and car wash. The day it was done I had to take my car to get air in all four tires. I was disappointed that the person that checked my vehicle and rotated my tires did not check the tire pressure. I was also disappointed with the cleaning of the vehicle. The interior was not cleaned well and there was a very bad smell that took days to get rid of.

A routine oil change took 5 hours even though the appointment was scheduled for 9am. No communication or updates from the service department. When updated with the service report, the car wasn’t received until 2 hours later.

This would be the first time that I was disappointed in Easy Honda. I brought my truck in for recall, the paperwork stayed that this recall should take 1 1/2 hours. At about 1 hour and 20 minutes, Andy reached out to me and said that there was a second recall and could I leave it with you until about 2pm. I had a 7am appointment and was first in line at 6:50 am. I said if there was a second recall, go ahead and take care of it as well. 5 hours into this I went and tried to find Andy to ask what exactly the second recall was, I could not find him. After a little while, Cedric (I believe that was his name) walked over to Andy's window and asked if he could help. I let Cedric ow that I was asking about the second recall and if he could help determine how much longer it would take. Cedric got in the computer and said he just needed to go and have the mechanic close out something, I don't remember the word he used. Cedric went into the area where they were working on the vehicles and came back and asked me to go back to the service waiting room and he would come and find me.he did and had me sign paperwork and gave me my fob. I asked about the second recall, he said it had to do with trucks that had a cover for the bed if the truck. I do not have a cover on my truck bed. When I got home and looked more closely at the paperwork that Cedric gave me, it read that I refuse that recall. First of all, no one said what the recall was u til the end and certainly, no one asked if I wanted it done. Cedric did say that they had to look at it anyway. I asked him why it took 3 and a 1/2 hours. He apologized but didn't really answer the question. I am sure if I had not found Cedric, I would have been there until 2pm instead of 12:30. So, no, not happy about that. All other service was fine, huber was great and that service waiting area is very nice. And of course, kudos to Cedric.
