My experience with Easy Honda has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the very beginning of my interactions with them, it was evident that their level of service fell far below what one would expect, especially when dealing with customers who have purchased brand new vehicles from them. The lack of care and attention to customer satisfaction exhibited by the service advisor and management team at Easy Honda is concerning. It seems that providing service at the bare minimum level is the norm for them, rather than striving to exceed expectations. I first brought my concerns to the attention of the service manager, Jose, on 11/24/2023 regarding a small crack on the windshield of my newly purchased vehicle. Despite his initial promise to follow up with me after contacting Honda, I never received any communication from him. When I followed up on 4/2/2024 with Abel Perez, the service advisor who handled my vehicle, I was met with further disappointment. Abel informed me that Honda had supposedly declined my claim due to an "impacted point" inside the vehicle. This explanation makes no sense, as the crack clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship during installation. Instead of taking responsibility, Abel speculated that the crack could have been caused by something as absurd as a cell phone impact, shifting the blame onto me as the customer. Throughout this entire ordeal, neither Jose nor Abel demonstrated any sense of caring or urgency in addressing my concerns. Their lack of proactivity and willingness to pass the buck is unacceptable. I urge Easy Honda to reevaluate their approach to customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and care they deserve. As a loyal customer, I expected better, and I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I have received.

Luis was customer friendly but did not help me until about 11AM even though I waited for my 10:30AM appointment. I know that Eric was not in office but I wish I was helped earlier. When I was helped, the safety check took from 11AM - 12:30PM, too long a time for only a safety check. So I was not satisfied with such a long time for customer service for just a safety check. But the check done by the mechanic was great as he found issues I that needed repair and I will return to Honda to get this work done. Thanks for caring and listening to my feedback.

When I arrived my rep was busy and all the other reps were standing around doing nothing. I came in for an appointment for only an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I was offered a free car wash but there was a major disconnect between the person who serviced my car and my advisor. Overall this was Mr worse visit to Easy Honda
