Luis was not straightforward about my emissions issue.
Luis was not able to explain a $1300 repair item that he said I should have serviced.
Luis did not call me on day 2 to tell me my car was ready (he td me the previous day he would call me when my repair was completed.
Luis did not initially give me an itemized receipt to show parts labor. It was only when I asked about it that he said he was not able to print it. I asked him if he normally provided the itemized print to customers and he said yes. I told him I would wait until he fixed his print problem.
