Great service especially getting warranty coverage and service loaner worked out. Not great communication. Time would pass and I had to inquire what was going on. Doesn’t take long to send an update text without waiting for customer to ask. Also there was an automatic text system apparently that would send me text messages that were a day late or about something I had already discussed. That wasn’t helpful, sometimes confusing. But I trust the dealerships to do a good job on my car and will bring it back again.
