I dropped the vehicle off at 11:30am Friday.After I dropped it off I never got a phone call with an update until it was ready Monday evening. I called 5 times on separate occasions to get an update to see when the vehicle would be ready but I kept being told the service manager would call me back. I never got a call back every time I called. It was very frustrating to not have communication as to when the vehicle would be ready. There seems to be a communication at this service center and it needs to be addressed.

I had an appointment with Luis today. He acted like he didn't want to help me. He walked away and left me standing around for some time while he decided to go do something else. It was very odd. I got back in my car and waited for his return. Maria came and assisted me at his request instead. I'm not sure why he left me there standing and did not want to help me. I was actually thinking of going to another honda dealership further away for better service. Maria then showed up and took care of me. I did not have enough interaction with her to know how exceptional she is, but she did her job and seemingly wanted to help. That can go a long way. I will be returning to easy honda in the future, thanks to Maria's customer service today.

Waited 30 min to get attended when my appointment was at 9 then i wasn’t called or notified when my car was done getting serviced the same day and was told he was gonna let me know the next day at 10am, i went to check on my car if it was done at 3 wasn’t notified and the car was done getting serviced. Also went to get a recall done it wasn’t done because it was a “back order” or whatever was the reason. However i did get the diagnostic so at least that was done. Another advisor helped me out i forgot his name but he did a good job.
